Over the past 23+ years, I’ve been fortunate to experience a myriad of roles in the fitness industry—from gym ownership and franchising to equipment supply and recommendation. My journey has taken me through personal training, group fitness, club operations, equipment layout, site selection, and new facility development. I’ve also worked extensively in membership sales, operational systems, and beyond, giving me a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to build and sustain a successful fitness business.
With a deep passion for fitness and business growth, I thrive on helping individuals and organizations create dynamic, results-driven environments.

With over 30 years in the fitness industry, I’ve gained extensive experience—from product development and supplement sales to gym equipment and facility design. A hands-on learner, I’ve worked with top technicians, refining my expertise in understanding, testing, and improving fitness products. My rule is simple: if I can break it, I won’t sell it. Having owned a gym, I know the pressures of daily operations. I’ve designed floorplans, built and tested equipment, and handled heavy loads.
This firsthand experience ensures I deliver not just quality products but also expert insights. When you work with me, you get a dedicated partner who understands the industry inside and out.

Roy holds qualifications in Trade, Management, and Sales, with extensive experience across the automotive, motorcycle, and bicycle repair industries. Over the years, he has honed his expertise in technical work, operations, and customer service.
Now, he channels his passion into the fitness and wellness sector, embracing innovation and evolving industry demands. His diverse background allows him to bring practical solutions and a fresh perspective, ensuring quality service and efficiency in every aspect of his work.

Nadine brings diverse experience in the fitness industry, combined with years of expertise in HR, management, and bookkeeping. Highly efficient and detail-oriented, she thrives on staying organized, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring every job is completed to perfection. Her proactive approach and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset in any fast-paced environment.
With a strong work ethic and a passion for efficiency, Nadine embraces challenges, stays ahead of the curve, and never settles for anything less than 100%.

Steve began his professional journey in the fitness industry back in 1996, working as a personal trainer at the iconic Les Mills in Wellington, New Zealand. Those early years on the gym floor laid the foundation for a long-standing commitment to health, movement, and member experience.
Since then, Steve has held a variety of roles across the fitness sector — from supplying premium fitness equipment to both home and commercial markets, to now leading digital fitness solutions across the APAC region. His ability to understand both operational challenges and the evolving needs of modern fitness consumers allows him to guide clients toward practical, scalable solutions.
At Fit into Shape, Steve heads up the FitnessOnDemand offering, helping councils, gyms, and wellness facilities leverage virtual content to increase revenue, reduce costs, and strengthen member engagement. With a genuine passion for using technology to enhance how fitness is delivered, he finds his greatest reward in supporting clubs as they grow and adapt.
Steve also works closely with strategic partners and key accounts, delivering tailored solutions that not only meet operational goals but also align with long-term member engagement strategies.

Andrew brings over 23 years of wholesale fitness equipment experience to Fit Into Shape, with the majority spent in the retail sector. His background includes senior roles at The Fitness Generation and GPI Sports & Fitness, where he built a reputation for strong client relationships and deep product knowledge.
Now focusing on the commercial fitness market, Andrew works with gym chains, independent clubs, studios, and rehabilitation facilities, delivering tailored solutions from leading brands including Spirit Commercial, Torque Fitness, and InBody. His relationship-first approach ensures clients receive the right equipment to achieve their goals.
