The 4 ft (1.2 m) Multi-Grip Cross has three ergonomic 1.25 in (32 mm) grip positions and a 2” (50 mm) straight “fat” bar to add variation to pull-ups. The handles are made of solid steel and powder coated with our textured High Wear Black wrinkle paint for an excellent grip.
The Multi-Grip Cross is standard on some Functional Packages and can be substituted for the straight bar single cross that comes standard on most X-CREATE Systems.
