Similar to our 6' and 7' Standard Olympic Barbells, our 5' Olympic Barbell is a great tool for a variety of strength training exercises. This commercial grade bar is made of steel with a hard chrome finish for long-lasting durability. The more compact size allows the bar to be used in smaller spaces, such as a home or garage gym and makes for a more balanced lifting bar with its shorter size.
The barbell weighs in at 26.2 lbs (11.9 kg), has a weight lifting capacity of 500 lbs (227 kg), and the sleeves rotate freely on bushings. Usable with standard-sized 2" Olympic Plates.
